Authentic, Practical, Inspiring

What a valuable course! I'm a woman in 'the third act' (as Julie Andrews calls our sixties), and sought this course to consider new ways of being and for personal growth and development. While the course is focused on healing from sexual trauma, I found it relevant for my purposes as well. She is a knowledgeable instructor and it's easy to follow, even when the exercises are new and unfamiliar. I enjoyed the intersection of all her wisdom domains and how she weaves them together to become better versions of our TRUE selves. It's fascinating and the result for me was to have more courage speaking up; in all areas of my life.

This was well worth my time and attention and I learned a lot from Kimberly Ann Johnson. I found her approaches and methods to be useful at any age and stage of our journey. She models the authenticity she teaches, which allows us all to be more open to what she brings next.
