The Healing Power of Being Seen
Skilfully hosted and guided by Jeffrey Rutstein The Healing Trauma Program helped me dissolve the (largely unconscious) separation I was making between myself and others. I (again, unconsciously) assumed and felt that the trauma in my early life made me irreparably "different." The sessions offering insight and information were enlightening, but the thing that impacted me most (to my surprise) were the questions of other participants and Jeffrey's responses. I recognized myself in these conversations, and felt the healing power of being seen and heard and responded to with wisdom and compassion. I am deeply grateful.
