Just what I needed...thank you Matt Kahn

I waited to buy this..I wasn't clear how the content varied from the book (which I loved). The other review helped me understand how I would experience this differently through the audio format. The content feels reinforcing/expands upon the experience of reading the book. Like the other reviewer, I experienced it so differently in audio. I enjoy listening to Matt speak and get SO much more from the 'exercises' in audio than through print -- they are moving and visceral through audio. I've gotten to this point in my journey where I like having teachers that I can relate to (their energy or their life experience). I am very emphatic (big 4th chakra person): Matt Kahn speaks so clearly to this experience. His work has really been a gift for me. This material is rich and wise (benefiting all) but perhaps the highly empathetic will feel (like me) that he is peering into your soul and directing a custom message.

Hoping Matt adds more locations to his tour -- would LOVE to have him in the Midwest. Thank you Matt for sharing your gifts and Sounds True for making them so accessible.

So Much Love !

For me, the transmission of love comes through these teachings with astonishing strength and vibrancy.

I have always been very hearing oriented, and so, hearing the teachings given directly through Matt's voice, without any visuals, is especially clear and precise for me.

I have never seen or met Matt in person, so my only sense of the teachings has been through audio, video, and print.

Each format has a differing effect in me, yet the underlying transmission of love comes through all.

The particular way Matt extends his teachings through this audio course is opening a great still space within me unlike anything I have previously experienced.

I am so grateful to you, Matt, for your willingness to take on this Love Mission for all of us. (I am laughing and smiling now)

And thank-you to Sounds True for transmitting so much love.
