rescued me in a time of crisis
As a burned-out health care provider, I knew some things had to change. As part of my overall plan, I was looking for something to encourage mindfulness. I had taken classes before, but not stuck with it. This came through my mailbox and I took a chance. I found it wonderful and easy to stick with. The app is nicely designed, and you feel a sense of progress. Jack and Tara's voices are so kind and reassuring. 40 days is a good amount of time to build up a habit. I really felt this start to turn my state of mind around. I completed it, and immediately restarted it, along with adding a second short daily guided meditation. I've decided I don't care if I ever meditate longer or solo....for me, 2 short sessions daily with trusted guides is working and making a huge difference. I really feel like this has been a gift for me and a life-changer. I've been meditating daily now since the end of January (it's now May). Great product. Highly recommend it, and love that it is specific to work.
